1. Annulment

The customer can cancel the orders up to four days before their execution. The products are handmade and the preparation of the decorations starts 2-3 days in advance.


2. Change order

Birthday cakes: Place your order after you have decided on the weight, quantity, size, and wish you wish because, for the correct display, the sugar prints (on the cakes) are prepared two to three days in advance, in the size required for your cake and to change the weight, design or wish, you will need a new sugar print.

Cost of new sugar print €5.00 (for cakes)

For the rest of the products, wedding cakes, wedding and christening sweets, and other special products, cancellations (quantity reduction or total cancellation of the order) can be made one week earlier if the order has been registered five days in advance. An increase in quantities must be confirmed by phone first.

3. Return of Products

As non-standard products, it is not possible to return them for reasons arising from the customer's taste/quality satisfaction.
